I use Diazinon Plus by Ortho. Check to see if it's available in CA. Wal-Mart,
Home Depot, Lowe's, any decent garden shop should stock it if it's cleared
for use in CA.
Read the material that comes with the bottle. It tells how to adjust the
dosage to get just the right amount. Remember to spray your plant and the
soil, and always at or just before dusk.
