Re: Ground hog devastation


Sorry to hear about your groundhog problem.  We had three in the area.  
Caught one with a hav-a-heart trap and relocated it.  Down to two and 
counting.  So far they are passionate about my lettuce, spinach, broccoli and 
brussell sprouts.  I keep trying different things - tonite I sprayed the 
bottom of the fence with a hot pepper mixture I made up.  We should have 
buried the bottom foot of the fence -- next year!!!!  Last year we had one 
show up, but he got hit crossing the road at night.  Kind of hoping they 
would go for a stroll too.  Keeping my fingers crossed that they leave the 
pumpkins alone and keep munching the salads.
