    Perhaps Carlos is confusing Vancouver, Washington with Vancouver, British Columbia. It's a 6 hour drive from one to the other. I don't think Paul Handy has an e-mail address.
 
If Carlos is coming to B.C., and his itinerary includes my area of Vancouver Island, he'd be more than welcome to visit my patch.
