Re: plants
Sadly, after checking the plants this morning, what little I had are
tattered and torn.. I am going to see if there is any chance, I guess,
but it looks as though my growing year is done. The plants look like
someone took a shotgun and held it point blank, and shot them leaves..
If it werent for bad luck, I would have no luck at all.
At this point, I dont know if I am cut out to be a giant pumpkin grower
anymore.. 2 tough seasons in a row doesnt do much for the grower in me.
One season, act of god, last season, act of neighbor.. Alot of outside
forces here!..
Mine werent that big, and maybe this is a sign from the man above to
give up pumpkin growing! lol. Either that, or prepare more! Sad alrt is,
I lost my Eaton780 and Bobier 723. It was wierd, even the weather
channel didnt have any word of the storm coming, let alond hail and
winds.. It came out of no where.. I was out for a walk with my neighbor
10 minutes before it hit.
Best of luck, weather is going to be much warmer next few weeks here in
the northeast...

You might be a Redneck if...
You go to the stock car races and don't need a program.
