Sorry to hear about the hail, as you probably remember same thing happened
to me last year. Totally shredded leaves, big chuncks missing from the main
vines, twisted vines, Thought it was totally over.
I Hit the remains hard 3 times a week with seaweed, foliar and drench. It
was amazing, a month later I was pollinating. Yea, I lost some time but if
you can get anything pollianted even by the 3rd week in july or so you can
still get a nice one. Seriously, whats underground wasn't hurt by wind or
hail, if you've got any vines still attached whatsoever, don't give up
