I discovered the same thing at Lowe's. I did double strength but I don't
know what the "other ingredients" is. I'm using it now along with another
insecticide. It should work, just be careful because I noticed some tinged
leaf ends that I don't know what caused it fert,, insecticide, or fungicide.
I'm from WV and am also attacked by the borer. Keep me informed and e-mail
