RE: Flat vine vs. round vines?


My Wife hade a plant do this last year and it never split apart it had dozens of male and female on it but no matter what we did to pollinate nothing would set

I thought may help give an idea of what Tom is saying. This is a 723 Bobier with four tendrils, multiple leaves and blossoms at this leaf junction. I'm giving this plant a little more time but will soon make a decision on what to do. I will probably let a secondary take over as main if  the plant doesn't self correct soon and I suspect that is unlikely. I'm already committed to keeping this plant so I'll do what I can to make the most of the situation but I'm definitely not overly optimistic at this point. ,,,,,,,Marv
