Does Scimitar have the sticking agent like Warrior-T?

I just bought the Scimitar product from Pro-Source One as recommened by
another Pumpkin List member.  What I was wondering is:  Does Scimitar have
the sticking agent like Warrior-T?  Or can I add my own sticking agent?  I
have a product that you can add to sprays to keep them sticking to the
plants even after a rain.
