Yellow spots

List:

A couple of the leaves on my plant have 2 or 3 small bright yellow spots on
them. I have applied a high nitrogen, water-soluable fertilizer along with
fish emulsion to the plant several times over the past two weeks. Is there
anything other than needing more nitrogen that could be causing these spots to
appear?

Could it be the beginning of powdery mildew this soon in the year? (The vine
less than 2 feet long.) I've applied Deconil fungicide once so far. Thanks
for any help you can provide me.

Rick (in mostly cool and cloudy NJ)
