Calcium Application

I will be using liquid calcium for the first time this year - (Ca 12%).
What is the best application rate for foliar feeding and soil drench?  
Based on the complicated label, my guess is about 3 ounces Ca per gallon
of water, but I'd like to get confirmation from growers experienced in
using it.  Thanks!
