Spots, heat, blossoms
1. My 725 K Morgan seedling is dappled with yellow spots on the leaves, but
otherwise it's healthy. Is this just a color variation or a problem?
2. What are the rest of you doing to stave off the heat, 90 degrees day
after day? Heavy wind - We were ready for wind, but the heat seems uncalled
for.
3. My 1385 Daletas came in heat today, or is that tomorrow? I was out of
town this morning, got to the patch to find a shriveled closed blossom with
a peek hole between petals. I spend hours there yesterday and hadn't a clue
she was so far along. In the past I've been able to predict when a female
was ready, and if it weren't for that peekhole I'd be guessing she'd be
ready tomorrow. What now, just set the alarm so as to be there and hold her
hand? Or izzit too late already and I might as well sleep in?
