Message to Don Chambers

I thought I'd share this message with the group.

Don, I'm saving the seeds you sent me for next year. I'm growing two pumpkins
from seeds that came from a Vermont-grown 716 pounder.  I'm trying to put
everything together to grow at least a 500 pound pumpkin this year, and then
go for the gold with your big boys in 2009.  May was cool, even for Vermont,
and my babies aren't as big as I would like, so I may construct a solarium for
each.  I've run into one problem already:  My soak hoses have flooded my
neighbor's yard because my garden is higher than he is.  I guess I'll have to
dig some ditches and turn down the volume on the water (but my plants sure
love that H-2-0).

Thanks for your support.  I'll post future updates providing I keep out of
trouble with my neighbor. Steve Minor.
