Greetings to all.
I read the post on vine borers, and interestingly, camphor is said to repel
them. Is eucalyptus mulch therefore a beneficial product for use around
pumpkins?
Am I dreaming, or did I see warnings on this list about eucalyptus mulch being
toxic to pumpkin plants? Is it the camphor in the eucalyptus tree and bark
that is toxic?
Would some kind person jump in here and explain? I want the strait dope (no
pun intended, Chris A.!!!). I have no insect problems yet but want to be
prepared.
