Yank It! ouch ! it hurts to think about it.
and it always raises that dreaded "what if" question.
you can always have the kids or wife do it. thats what I do. it eases
the pain somewhat. just make sure they know, for sure which plant it is
!
So what is the preferred "yanking" method,
actually yank it out?
carefully dig it up?
cut it at ground level and leave the roots?
spray "round up" on it ? ( just kidding )
Then what is the proper burial method,
cut it up into pieces at the composte pile, at sunset while taps is
playing and the flag is being lowered down the pole ?
