one per main leaf axle, usually 1 leaf axle per foot of main runner, untrained
main runner growing at 8 inches a day over a period of 80 days or so, making
640 inches of main runner divided by twelve equals 53 feet or in other words
53 secondary runners on the main vine on an unterminated main vine.
