Thanks for the shoulder. I feel better now. Usually that kind of advise
cost $80 to $100 an hour. Will you take pumpkin seeds in payment.
I do have a back up plant I planted in the patch this evening. I'm down
to using my own seed stock. I planted the 775 I grew last year that
opened up two days before the GPC. It was from the Holland 722, 1992.
Hopefully it will be a screamer and out grow the older pumpkins in the
patch.
I do have another pumpkin in the watermelon patch 500 LaRue that was
going to be the sacrificial pollinator. Now that the GPC is up in the
air in CA the 500 plant took a left turn into the melon patch and is
starting to grow vine roots.
