10 days until it is ready to be pollinated. If you will be gone on vacation,
stay home. Let your friend go on the vacation for you. We're talking pumpkins

Hi...Just a quick one:
I have seen my first female bud, and I was wondering about how much time I
have until it opens.  It is a little smaller than the size of an aspirin.  The
reason why I'm wondering, is because I'm going away for a week, starting on
Thursday.  And the person I have watering my pumpkins is not a real
knowledgable person when it comes to pumpkins.  So, do any of you think that
the flower will bloom between now and July 8th?
