Question about differing growth habits

Does anyone know whether the pumpkin varieties `Sweet Dumpling'
and `Potimarron' (the latter is a type of Red Hokaido) have a
trailing/climbing habit or are just bush varieties?
I haven't grown them before, and if possible I'd like to persaude
them to climb over a pergola-type structure. If they don't send
out long shoots, I'm onto a none-starter.
