Alan,
I am using 2ml in 12 oz of water. I drenched the base of the plant with
6 oz. I then applied a eyedropper (2.5 ml) to the soil where each leaf
intersects the vine. The rest, I just put close to where I expected to
train the main vine. I did not pay too much attention to the label warning
about seeds. I am going right now to look. I assume it may have to do with
seed crops that are used for consumption, i.e. corn, beans, etc.
Hope this answers your questions,
John
