DON'T run it. There are tons of viruses and trojans. NEVER run an EXE file or
open a DOC file, since these are where they usually are. Who sent you the
attachment, and what was their reason for it? If you don't know the person
that sent it, or if you know the person, but they never mentioned that they
were attaching a file to the message, it is 99% that there is a virus or
trojan embedded in it.
Don't download the file, but you can forward it over to me by forwarding the
email if you want (to: SteveS012@aol.com) and I can check it out. Personally,
I suspect a file named ssag 0404.EXE would probably be a virus.
