Ahh, was it me? I do not recall giving plants away to a Pete M. However,
I did give many plants to people that said they were going to give them to
friends. Can you fill me in on which plants he got? All pots were marked.
I'll use this post to do an update on my garden. As of today I have pol. 76
pumpkins. I'm way ahead of last year, it has been like July and August here
in CT. Everyday has been 80-93 degrees. I fear with the high heat many may
not have set. It was so hot the other day the tip of my main vine on the
Crohs 987 burnt. I have over head watered and misted every day the last two
weeks and still have many burnt leaves. My largest pumpkin now is 15 inches
bigger than Gary Burk's 20 day measurement, (my 20 day to his 20 day). Boy,
people that like to brag really get me. Anyway, I'm happy with this, but it
ain't over till it's over! Now if you think I'm going to tell you what Gary's
20 day measurement was think again!! Growing a yacht this year, boats are for
kids!
