Has anybody pre-sprouted seeds
between layers of wet paper towel loosely wrapped in Saran Wrap or stuck into a
bread sack? I haven't tried it with pumpkin seeds yet, but I have with
lots of other seeds and it works great. BUT, if you are pre-sprouting
small seeds, don't use paper towel. The roots grow into and through the
fiber. What a pain! You have to VERY carefully tear up the paper
toweling without damaging tiny roots. Large seeds don't do that
though.
