Lamar,
    The blue color is throwing me off.....the most common is powdery mildew, 
but that is more white. If it is powdery mildew, the very best is Quadris. 
300 dollars a gallon, covers 10 to 20 acres...one application. May need a 
permit to buy it in your state.
