Re: When is the right time
I am from northern Minnesota land of the short seasons. ha ha. Live near
Bemidji and have a pumpkin club here in gonvick minnesota. Weigh offs are
first week in October I think. I have been to them as a spectator, but this
is my first attempt as a member actually growing one. I plan on growing four
of them. We have an old dairy farm and lots of room, I may end up giving my
time and efforts to the plants with the most potential. I have a sister in
Nebraska, a brother in Minneapolis and another sister farther north than
myself. They are all attempting their first year too. How many are you
planning? do you have a club out there?
