RE: pumpkins DIGEST V1 #1660


ALUN,

YES, it stinks AWFUL!  I HAD a ton, I let the professionals take most of it
away with the insulation they took out.  I kept a couple of garbage bags of
the stuff.  After watching this stuff burn my wife's Hostas last year, 2 lb
per 100 sq seems very high.  Is there any way I can get a copy of the
article you referenced?

As for the big patch...I think 112 plants at 1000 sq.ft. each would consume
a lot of time ;-)
