Not only did I get all my winter bulbs in, (daffodil, tulip and hyacinth)
they are just
about finished flowering. The week the buds started to open we got high
70's-low80's
temps. Figures. I had a spectacular display for a few weeks though. Now,
it's time to
pull the bulbs and GET READY FOR PUMPKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEEEEEHAAAAH!
Our
vinyard's leaf buds are out but no clusters yet. Now is the time for my
husband to
disappear in his tractor, not to emerge until August. This year I am going
to try the pit
method I have been reading about here on the list. Here's wishing you a
fantastic growing season as well.
