My opinion it to use a one gallon pot. Take the gallon pot and cut it vertically
and put it back together with duct tape. When your plant is ready to transplant,
remove the duct tape and pot and place it in the soil. Same thing can be done
by cutting the bottom out of the gallon pot. When ready, remove the duct tape
from the bottom and place the pot and plant in the soil.
