First Time Grower

What is a realistic weight that I can expect for my first attempt. I
have bought some standard (500pound+) seeds, and will prepare the bed
prettyt well. I think that the climate is pretty good, as I get heaps of
sunlight, and if I use shading it should be ok.
I'll be happy with anthing over 100 or 150 pounds - am I asking too
much?
