Re: moss

Matt,
   Moss may indicate a number of undesireable conditions in your patch. Moss
usually grows in an area of low pH....you may have to get your soil tested,
if low add lime. Moss also favors a shaded or semi shaded area.....if this is
the case, don't plant there.....you should have full sun or close to it.
