Re: ground space
Here is my crazy idea. I have alot of space but I dont want to give up
my plants. To work around this problem, I was planning on buying black
PVC corragated pipe which is 10 inches in diameter. If you look down the
pipe, I plan on cutting the top off from 10 o'clock to 2. I would fill
the pipe up with kick ass soil and when my vine grows out of my growing
area, I would place the vine into the pipe. Now think how this is done.
If I have the opening on top, I place the vine on top and bury it with
media. What are the negitives; Some people have stated it would be root
bounded. "How do they know if they have not tried it".
Addvantages: The pipe is black and will heat up quickly, I have a
focused watering area, and I can move it any where unless I have a 2000
lb pumpkin on that vine. I can move a 1K but 2K will be hard.
Have fun with this one.

Why buy plants when you can grow them yourself.....?
