There are many types of floating row covers (REMAY) that are a spun
polyester very light weight.....i use them for frost protection and as an
insect barrier.......
a friend has also had good luck using this on spinach in the summer as it
seems to cool things down.......you have to let air circulate so it is
held up high off the plant............light transmission is 80%-90
percent........
