There is an article in the Readers Digest by Michael Vietz it shows a
picture of Tony Ciliberto tending his patch. Tony has what appears to be a
light covering over the whole patch. Does anyone know wht this is? Is it a
light shade or some form of frost protection. The pumpkin is well developed
so it must be late in the season.

Stew,
Pretty sure that is frost protection.... Tony is @ 2,000 feet elevation and
is a little cooler than his neighbors at the bottom of the mountain.
