You best hope that the grave is from a white man and not an indian from
back when.If it turns out to be a native, and the local tribe hears of
it , you may find yourself in a legal mess.I purchased property in my
area in northern Minnesota several years ago, and while putting septic
in, we happened to come across several bones and pottery pieces, and
that's when the headaches began.It turned out to be native from a couple
hundred years ago,and the local tribe found out about it, and to make a
long and heartbreaking story short, I lost my legal rights to build on
the sight. I could still own the property, but without being able to
build on it., it was no use to me.Keep us posted. Pumpkinpiper
