Fairly soon I will have buckets of goo with seeds in it.
How do I best prepare the seed to save it for next year.
I have put seeds in a colender and hosed them but hhey loose that nice '
cover and feel 'light''.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks

I usually rise them good with plain water and put them in planting tray lined
with newspaper. My house is heated with forced hot air which assists in
drying. A warm glassed in porch would work also. After they are dry (3 weeks
minimum) I put them
in paper bags if they are to be stored longer than a year I freeze them.
