Great note I would have to agree, although we are realitively new to the GPC.
We took over after the closure of the GPC. I assist in the planning of the
GPC weigh-off in Elk Grove, CA. Prior to the arrival of the GPC we had a
very nice local weigh-off, over the last 3 years we have grown to over 100
entrants in our festival every year. Of course one of our committee members,
Jon Hunt, helps to put us on the Map. I do not have knowledge of the GPC
prior to 1995, but have had nothing but good things to report since then.
Especially the treatment I have recieved from Hugh as a site coordinator.
