The top ones have to be:
The "milk" (more people probably killed their pumpkins this way, if
anything)!
The guy that rigged up football stadium lights to give his patch extra
light.
Somewhere I heard someone tried to set up static electricity dischargers
(like artificial lightning) around his patch.
Personally....I basically built a makeshift greenhouse around my plants when
the cold weather came, and grew them until December, in NW Ohio!
A guy that slept every night next to his pumpkins so he could "breathe" on
them more. Also, along this same line, someone who acquired Co2 tanks and
let them set around his plants during the day, slowly emitting the gas.
Well those are a few that I can think of!
