Sure,  Have the other hole ready. Make sure it is not too deep or too shallow. After you loosen it, use two shovels and carefully lift it. Try not to
disturb the roots and keep the soil together as much as possible. It will most likely wilt for a day or two after transplanting. Keep it watered and
it will recover. A second pair of hands might be of some help.
