Re: Non Chemical
Hi Bob & List,
What I have found, and that seems to be working for me so far, is using
seriously diluted Murphy's Oil Soap. I put about one-fourth inch in a 32
ounce sprayer bottle and fill with water. I sprayed it on all but one of my
rose bushes, and the bush that wasn't sprayed came down with the powdery
mildew, rust mildew and black leaf. I have since sprayed it on all my
vegetable plants and my 2 pumpkin plants even though they are only at the 2
leaf stage. Everything is looking good!
Sincerely,

<< List,
Has anyone found a good non chemical way of preventing / treating powdery
mildew, white fly's, aphids, flea beetles and other minor insects with out
nuking them with chemicals ?
Tried Hot Pepper Wax, Baking Soda, Dishwashing liquid, Ultra Fine, Oils,
Kelp, and Lady bugs at different times with no success.
I would like to try not to nuke everything in the soil this year.
Does systemic insecticides kill off good microbes and beneficial's in the
soil ?
