Look up "corn mazes" in your search engine and you will get about 7,000 web
sites that can help you. I found three companies right off the bat that do
corn mazes. Their sites are:

www.cornmazes.com

www.cornfieldmaze.com

www.mazeplay.com

There were also some sites listed when I added "Do it yourself" to my
search, but I didn't get any to come up. There are also hundreds of farms
listed that have them, you might contact a few of them to see what they did.
It seems to me, from this simple search, that most farmers have a
professional come in to help.

I think the most important thing for corn mazes is having the GPS mapping
available. You would need a survey company (or corn maize company) that had
the GPS equipment in order to lay one out for you.

Hope that helps. Don't mean to sound elementary if you already checked
these sites out.

Hi,

This list is full of experts who have taught me a lot
about growing pumpkins, so I wondered if any of you
have any experience with Corn Mazes? I would like to
start one this summer to compliment my pumpkin patch
activities and would like to talk to someone who has
experience. Any one out there who is willing to share?
Thanks for all your help.

It was nice meeting you too Steve!

A lot of good information was exchanged at the seminar, even for some of us
slightly seasoned growers.

Who knew that Indiana would order Canadian weather for the day though. (LOL)

I removed a heating pad (from under peat pots) several days after
germination to prevent burning the roots as they approached the
bottom.

been maintaining a temperature of 84F. Is this going to cause me pain
later on when I put the plants outside in cooler temperatures? I have
some C. Lembke 808 seeds that I'm just filing down now for planting in
peat pots. Should I not heat them after germination?

Thanks,

This is a last minute(though just as hopeful) search
for a 556 Ciliberto from 1993. Please check your
collections, freezers, etc. Any help as to how to
acquire one/two would be greatly appreciated. If it
matters, this/these seeds will go right in to my
patch! Thanks for the help, BF

We do GPS maaping inour crop insurance business. Last year we mapped a
maze for a client. It was fair and can be seen on my web site. I saw one
from Las Cruses NM that was fantastic. They got thre univeristy survey
school to do it as a class project. If you need help with the gps part
email me privately, but I'd go to the schools.
