Okra? Lima beans? Cactus leaves? Mustard greens? Urchin roe? Trigger fish?
David forbade me to plant sunflowers anywhere near the patch this year for
that very reason. So the sunflower is out in the front yard (of four seeds
planted, two came up - and the cats got one). Now the birds are gathering
here, eating Meow Mix.
