Mark,
You need to plant your plants outside today! This is going to be a warm week in Minnesota, so they need to be planted now. I usually plant my plants when they have two to three true leaves and I planted mine outside on May 14. The long stems are due to not enough light as Cliff mentioned.

I have started my plants indoors about 2 weeks ago. I have 4-5 leaves on every plant. Im concerned that the stems are 7-9 inches long and look frail and thin. Any thoughts Thanks Mark in Minneapolis --------------------------------------------------------------------- Pumpkin-growing archives: http://www.hort.net/lists/pumpkins/ To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE PUMPKINS
