germinating seeds

Hi all  I started germinating my seeds yesterday about 9 A.M,i filled
the seeds first,soaked them in warm water and a touch of captan,then put
in paper towels and plastic bags,i keep air in the bags.I put them in a
display case with a small floresent light, the problem i am having is
the temp. at night in the case is about 75 during the day about 90,our
temp. in So. Cal. is in the mid 80,will the temp in the case cause a big
problem,it ia hard to control.  P.S. I have a stray cat that adopted me
and i delivered 3 baby kittens to day at noon this being pumpkin season
i hope they dont grow as big as some of the pumpkins on the list. HA HA
