This might help:

1. Take a deep breath.
2. Wait 24 hours. (You may resume breathing during this period)
3. Look at attachment. 
4. If you like it, save it, frame it, or whatever.
5. If you don't like it, delete it.
6. If you are still absolutely furious, mail it back to sender. He/she
   will "get your message".

I recall from previous postings that some folks enjoy these attachments,
some don't, and most (I think) feel the size should be reasonable.
