Gophers

Do we have gophers in the pacific northwest region, west of the Cascades
mountains, about a 100 miles south of Seattle. 
     Those damn blasted varmints better not come near my patch, or I'll
send my hubby out to shoot 'em.  After all he's the best shot in town. Just
ask Jack Breckenridge who authored the book 'Pumpkins are Orange'..
