I encourage you to put the details of the "Growers Prize Stake" on this
email list as you have offered.

Although Gus and Joan Saunders have published the details of the contest on
page 16,April/97 issue of Ottawa-St.Lawrence Growers newsletter,there may be
a few on the email list that are not yet OSL members.

I support Bob Marcellus for organizing and operating this plan.My only
involvement is reviewing the GPC 1997 pumpkin master list with him and being
the second signer for the cheques from the bank account.

Bob is a professional engineer who operates his own company. He has been
growing Atlantic Giants for a decade and simply wants to see a new sort of
contest that gives every GPC grower a chance for a prize.

I mailed him my cheque a few weeks ago.
