Subject: problems

Al,
I transplanted 4 plants last week. Slowly each one has turned
white on the edges and wilty looking. My last one which had been clean up
till yesterday has now also begun to turn white like a powder/paper look.
Do you have any idea what this is and how I should treat it?
I'm wondering if it's powdery mildew? But the weather has been
very dry up till today. But I have been covering the plants each night
with a 24x24x24 plastic cover for protection against the cold and wind.
Would this have created too much humidity? I have not had this problem in
previous years doing it the same way!
	Any ideas?

Thanks
