Roots too soon?

Good news -
All eight of my seeds germinated. Right on at 72 hours. Four are Holland
903 (thank you Land o' Giants - I followed the directions on your video)
and four are from SPGA labeled 445-97 Wiberg (thank you ZOO DOO - you
wrapped these in bubble wrap).

Worry- Half of them have put a root through the holes in the bottom of
the 4 in. peat pots I have them in. Yesterday there was discussion about
exposed roots when planting in the final site.
1. Should I worry?
2. Should I clip off the rootlets that come out of the pots while they
are developing the first true leaf?
3. Should I plant them right away?

All advice welcome.
