Thanks to everyone who universally advised me to get my long rooted
seedlings into the ground pronto.
Fortunately weather conditions here are not too much different from the
inside of the warm moist ice chest the seedlings were in. (Good for
plants, miserable for us sun-loving natives.)So the little babies are in
the ground and made it through the night.
