The plants have recovered real well from the stormy start to May. Now the
weather has gone the other way and it hasn't rained measurable since May 11.
Plant vines have really started to take off and they are one week ahead of
last year.
AG-480-97-GB a AG-553-92-GB child crossed with AG-717-91-MM, (Mike
MacDonald) and AG-798-95-PNZ, (Zehr).
Thinned to 1 plant 2 days ago, Vine Length 4' 10", Largest Leaf 18". Leaves
have a lot of that genetic yellow spots.
Greer 1006
Vine Length 5' 4", Largest Leaf 19". Very healthy strong looking plant.
Started vine pruning on both plants, not letting side shoots near base, they
seem to get too dominant. Hope to set Pumpkins between 6/20 and 7/10.
George
