Pigeon droppings can be dangerous to handle, ESPECIALLY when it is dusty. It
is dangerous to inhale, and/or have skin contact with because of certain
pathinogens, etc. I wouldn't bother composting it, it isn't worth the health
risks, but if you clean it, be sure to check with people who know more about
this for the proper way.
